Wie funktioniert sunday?
Unter der Woche sammelst du Momente: Fotos, Videos, Songs und Orte. Am Sonntag um 21 Uhr öffnet sich das Fenster, dann hast du bis Montag 21 Uhr Zeit, daraus deinen Recap zu erstellen und zu posten. Dafür brauchst du mindestens 3 Momente.
Warum sehe ich die Recaps meiner Freunde nicht?
Die Recaps deiner Freunde für eine Woche siehst du, sobald du für dieselbe Woche selbst gepostet hast. Erst posten, dann gucken.
Ich bekomme keinen SMS-Code.
Prüfe, ob Ländervorwahl und Nummer stimmen. Nach 30 Sekunden kannst du einen neuen Code anfordern. Kommt weiterhin nichts an, melde dich mit Apple an oder schreib uns – mit deiner Nummer und dem Zeitpunkt des Versuchs.
Wie finde ich meine Freunde?
Unter „Freunde“ → „Hinzufügen“ kannst du deinen Einladungslink oder -code teilen, deine Kontakte durchsuchen oder nach einem Namen suchen. Wer über deinen Code beitritt, ist sofort mit dir befreundet.
Was passiert, wenn ich eine Woche verpasse?
Dann endet normalerweise deine Streak. Einmal pro Quartal rettet ein Joker (Streak-Freeze) eine verpasste Woche – du kannst ihn auf der Startseite einsetzen.
Wer sieht meine Fotos und Videos?
Nur deine bestätigten Freunde, und auch die erst, wenn sie für dieselbe Woche selbst gepostet haben. Es gibt keine öffentlichen Profile, keine Werbung und kein Tracking.
Wie melde oder blockiere ich jemanden?
Tippe bei einem Recap, Moment oder Profil auf „…“ – bei einem Kommentar halte ihn gedrückt. Dort kannst du melden und blockieren. Die Person erfährt nicht, dass du sie gemeldet hast. Wir prüfen jede Meldung.
Wie lösche ich mein Konto?
In der App: Profil → Einstellungen → Konto → „Konto löschen“. Das löscht sofort und endgültig dein Profil, alle Recaps, Fotos, Videos, Kommentare, Streaks und Freundschaften.

How does sunday work?
During the week you collect moments: photos, videos, songs and places. The window opens on Sunday at 9 pm, and you have until Monday 9 pm to turn them into your recap and post it. You need at least 3 moments.
Why can’t I see my friends’ recaps?
You see your friends’ recaps for a week once you’ve posted your own for that same week. Post first, then peek.
I don’t get an SMS code.
Check that the country code and number are right. After 30 seconds you can request a new code. If nothing arrives, sign in with Apple or write to us with your number and the time you tried.
How do I find my friends?
Under “Friends” → “Add” you can share your invite link or code, search your contacts or look up a name. Anyone who joins with your code becomes your friend right away.
What happens if I miss a week?
Normally your streak ends. Once per quarter, a streak freeze saves a missed week – you can use it from the home screen.
Who sees my photos and videos?
Only your confirmed friends, and only once they’ve posted for the same week themselves. There are no public profiles, no ads and no tracking.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap “…” on a recap, moment or profile – for a comment, press and hold it. From there you can report and block. The person isn’t told that you reported them. We review every report.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Account → “Delete account”. This immediately and permanently deletes your profile, all recaps, photos, videos, comments, streaks and friendships.
