Nutzungsbedingungen
1. Worum es geht
sunday ist eine private App für Freundesgruppen. Einmal pro Woche teilst du einen Recap mit Momenten deiner Woche mit bestätigten Freunden.
2. Wer mitmachen darf
Du musst mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein. Pro Person ist ein Konto erlaubt. Halte deine Zugangsdaten geheim.
3. Deine Inhalte
Was du hochlädst, gehört dir. Du räumst uns nur die Rechte ein, die wir brauchen, um deine Inhalte zu speichern und den Personen anzuzeigen, für die du sie freigibst. Diese Rechte enden, wenn du die Inhalte oder dein Konto löschst. Lade nur Inhalte hoch, an denen du die Rechte hast, und frag Personen, die auf deinen Fotos und Videos zu sehen sind.
4. Was nicht geht
Keine illegalen Inhalte, keine Belästigung, keine Hassrede, keine sexualisierten Inhalte mit Minderjährigen, kein Spam. Details stehen in den Community-Richtlinien.
5. Melden und Sperren
Du kannst Inhalte und Personen melden und blockieren. Wir können Inhalte entfernen und Konten sperren, wenn gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen wird.
6. Kosten und Verfügbarkeit
sunday ist kostenlos. Wir geben uns Mühe, dass die App immer läuft, können das aber nicht garantieren. Funktionen können sich ändern.
7. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Pflichten und begrenzt auf den typischerweise vorhersehbaren Schaden. Die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz bleibt unberührt.
8. Kündigung
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in den Einstellungen löschen. Dabei werden deine Daten sofort gelöscht.
9. Änderungen
Wenn sich diese Bedingungen wesentlich ändern, sagen wir dir vorher Bescheid und fragen nach deiner Zustimmung.
10. Anbieter und Recht
Anbieter ist Pablo Guillen, Gürtelstraße 35, 10247 Berlin, hello@sundaywrapped.app. Es gilt deutsches Recht. Wenn du Verbraucher bist, bleiben zwingende Schutzvorschriften des Landes, in dem du lebst, unberührt.

1. What this is about
sunday is a private app for groups of friends. Once a week you share a recap of moments from your week with confirmed friends.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 16 years old. One account per person. Keep your login details private.
3. Your content
What you upload belongs to you. You grant us only the rights we need to store your content and show it to the people you share it with. These rights end when you delete the content or your account. Only upload content you have the rights to, and ask people who appear in your photos and videos.
4. Not allowed
No illegal content, harassment, hate speech, sexualised content involving minors, or spam. Details are in the Community Guidelines.
5. Reporting and blocking
You can report and block content and people. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Cost and availability
sunday is free. We do our best to keep the app running but can’t guarantee it. Features may change.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the typically foreseeable damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is not affected.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your data is deleted immediately.
9. Changes
If these terms change materially, we’ll tell you beforehand and ask for your consent.
10. Provider and law
The provider is Pablo Guillen, Gürtelstraße 35, 10247 Berlin, Germany, hello@sundaywrapped.app. German law applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of the country you live in remain unaffected.
